Who We Are
We are a spin-off from the Human Sensing Laboratory at Carnegie Mellon University. Our team includes faculty, graduate students, research scientists, and engineers with prior industry experience at companies such as Meta and Epic. We build technology that transforms how people interact and communicate, using advanced computer vision and machine learning to deliver real-time photorealistic 3D presence.

Our Values
Build fast. Think simple. Make it work.
We believe the best solutions are often the simplest ones. We value people who can cut through complexity, communicate clearly, and ship systems that actually work. We minimize bureaucracy — no unnecessary process, politics, or performative metrics. The focus is execution and impact.
Team over ego.
We operate as a close-knit group that wins together. Individual brilliance matters, but only when it strengthens the team. Collaboration, trust, and shared ownership are our default mode of operation.
Mission first.
Fair compensation matters, but this isn’t just a job. We want people who genuinely care about what they build — people excited by the chance to create something meaningful, have fun doing it, and help push a field forward.
Adaptable and creative.
We’re solving problems that don’t have established playbooks. We value curiosity, practical thinking, and the ability to learn quickly more than pre-existing knowledge. We iterate fast, fail fast, and improve faster.
Honesty and integrity.
We communicate openly and directly. Difficult conversations are part of building great things, and we approach them with respect and good judgment. Trust is essential to how we work and grow together.
